Classic coaching<\/h2>\n

Self-reflection and self-management are at the heart of coaching. In a safe environment, our coaches provide support in assessing challenges and preparing for important decisions. Blended coaching<\/h2>\n

In blended coaching, we combine coaching with e-learning. There are various ways to use e-learning programs. The coach advises the coachee on which programs should be worked on and when. This allows the next coaching session to be prepared effectively or peripheral topics to be addressed that do not fit into the actual process.
