Dazu z\u00e4hlen praxisnahe Programme zu Change-Kompetenz, Kommunikation in Transformationsphasen und F\u00fchrung unter Unsicherheit, idealerweise eng an reale Ver\u00e4nderungsprojekte gekoppelt. Erg\u00e4nzt wird dies durch leicht zug\u00e4ngliche Lernformate wie Lern-Snacks, Toolkits und Dialogformate, die Orientierung geben und den Umgang mit Wandel st\u00e4rken.   <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"590\" data-end=\"1169\">In addition, L&amp;D is seen as playing a key role in translating corporate goals and strategy into everyday work. Learning and communication formats help to make strategic priorities understandable and anchor them in a practical way.
