Phases of a Blended Learning Journey

Our blended learning journeys accompany participants over a longer period of time. We focus on repeated engagement with the topics, regular touchpoints with the learning group, and time for integration into everyday work. E-learning, live-sessions with trainers, and social learning are the three components that we combine according to a modular system and tailor into a suitable concept for you. Kick-off

During the kick-off, the group gets to know their trainer and has the opportunity to network. Participants are introduced to the training process, can set individual learning goals, and personally engage with the topic.

Self-learning

Participants work independently through the e-learning courses on our intuitive, modern platform. The mix of methods, including videos, worksheets, quizzes, anecdotes, gamification, and extra knowledge, makes the learning process diverse and engaging.

Live-session

The live-sessions focus on reflection and transferring the content into everyday working life. Together with an experienced trainer, participants work on individual questions, cases, and challenges.

Implementation phase

Participants now have the opportunity to transfer what they have learned to their own work context and put new methods into practice. Over a period of 4-6 weeks, this promotes the sustainable transfer of theoretical knowledge into everyday working life.

Social learning

In peer or community-sessions, two or more participants are brought together to discuss the learning content, reflect on experiences, and learn from each other.

Sparring-session

The subsequent sparring-session offers participants the opportunity to reflect on how they have applied what they have learned together with the trainer. The time gap between the training and the sparring-session promotes sustainable learning transfer.
