Classic coaching

Self-reflection and self-management are at the heart of coaching. In a safe environment, our coaches provide support in assessing challenges and preparing for important decisions. At the coachee’s request, we also incorporate models and our own ideas into the process and do not rely exclusively on questioning techniques.

Blended Coaching E-Learnng

Blended coaching

In blended coaching, we combine coaching with e-learning. There are various ways to use e-learning programs. The coach advises the coachee on which programs should be worked on and when. This allows the next coaching session to be prepared effectively or peripheral topics to be addressed that do not fit into the actual process.

How we work

Individual needs assessment

In the initial consultation, we look at the areas for development and decide on a suitable coach and the date for the first session.

First session

The first coaching session serves as an opportunity to get to know each other, clarify topics, and define goals.

Safe space

In our coaching, we create a space characterized by trust and openness. We strengthen self-efficacy and support people in finding their own answers.

Roll & expertise

Franziska combines psychological expertise with experience in training, coaching, and moderation. She has worked in school psychology contexts, at universities, and in continuing education, and supports people in development and change processes with a grounded, empathetic approach.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Psychology (University of Heidelberg, University of Cologne)
