Giving & Receiving Feedback Successfully
For employees at all levels and experience who want to use feedback to increase their own impact
Philip Klasen-Schwidetzki | 2.5 hours | 10 chapters
Feedback allows us to reflect on our own behavior, helps reveal potential invisible areas, and can spark positive change and growth. That makes it one of the most important communication tools in both our professional and personal lives. In this learning program, participants explore how to make the most of feedback and how to lead highly effective feedback conversations. They work through a real-life case and also look at how to give and receive (remote) feedback successfully. Trailer
