Self-Learning with E-Learning

Digital learning programs

Our experts in the digital learning programs teach state-of-the-art knowledge in communication, leadership, team development & change. Quizzes and gamification elements add variety to the learning experience.

Live-session

Live-sessions

In the live-sessions, participants have the opportunity to reflect on their own leadership role and to develop personally and in their role. The small group size enables an effective exchange.

Virtual peer-session

Social learning

In peer, community, and sparring-sessions as well as serious games, participants reflect on and deepen
content together and share experiences. These formats are preceded by an application phase in which they put the new knowledge to the test in everyday life.

COURSE STRUCTURE

In troodi’s leadership development course, we work on the mindset and skills of the future-oriented leader in five content modules. We use an effective mix of methods. Our interactive learning formats are designed to strengthen leadership skills and prepare leaders for the challenges of the modern working world.

KICK-OFF
In the kick-off, participants get to know their trainer, network with each other, and set
goals for their development.

Participants get to know their own communication patterns with the help of basic communication models. This enables them to better decode communication in the future and to make it more targeted and successful.

MODULE 2
The module provides insights into the key factors of goal-oriented and authentic communication

MODULE 3

MODULE 5
