Implementation of digital and self-directed learning in Sparkassen banks
With the “Expedition Leadership” project of the Sparkassenakademie Baden-Württemberg, a comprehensive digital learning offer was introduced in the Sparkassen banks for the first time. The case study shows how troodi fostered the sustainable development of the traditionally shaped learning culture by implementing digital self-learning to the Sparkassen banks.
Towards an actively practiced feedback culture throughout the whole organization
