With the “Expedition Leadership” project of the Sparkassenakademie Baden-Württemberg, a comprehensive digital learning offer was introduced in the Sparkassen banks for the first time. The case study shows how troodi fostered the sustainable development of the traditionally shaped learning culture by implementing digital self-learning to the Sparkassen banks.
With METRO Markets, a blended learning concept was developed that had a lasting positive impact on the feedback culture of the scale-up. Troodi offered a location- and country-independent training solution that met the dynamics of the organization. Read more about it in the case study.
