MODULES OF THE LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
In troodi’s open leadership course, we work on the mindset and skillset of the future-ready leader in four modules. We use an effective mix of methods: Blended learning consisting of collective live-sessions and digital, self-directed learning with our troodi learning programs. Our interactive learning formats are designed to strengthen leadership skills and prepare leaders for the challenges of the modern working world.
Leadership Communication
Participants get to know their own communication patterns with the help of basic communication models. They discover valuable practical tips for motivational delegation and constructive criticism and feedback conversations. Insights into targeted and authentic communication from the leadership perspective round off this module.
Leading & motivating individuals
This module gives participants the opportunity to identify their own comfort zone as a leader and potential pain points. We talk about basic psychological needs, motivation, and empowerment. Using case studies, we can find the right management style for each employee and improve personal relationships.
Understanding & developing teams
Together we work through the phases of team development and identify characteristics of groups and teams. This module imparts specific basics on team analysis and the GRID model, and offers measures for further developing the team culture. Communication of expectations, common goals, and clear decision-making processes are part of the module.
Leading in times of change
The fourth module deals with change dynamics and resilience and helps to identify pitfalls. The topics covered help participants to deal with resistance and prepare for change processes. Our leadership development training places particular emphasis on promoting a strong leadership culture and strengthening the resilience of organizations.

GERMAN COURSE
Do you work in a German company and are interested in a leadership training for German speakers? The course is also available in German and is accompanied by Judith Haupt. The training is aimed at leaders with managerial authority, who wish to further develop their leadership skills and competencies.

He is particularly interested in the intersection of innovative thinking, leadership ecosystems, and psychologically safe and supportive environments and has extensive experience in the blended learning approach. He strives to support leaders in creating positive workplaces.
Competent trainer
Judith Haupt is a trainer, coach, and consultant and has worked with various organizations in many industries. As Managing Director of South African consultancy CONTRACT SA, she strives to create a good balance between caring and daring leadership. She is passionate about helping leaders create positive workplace relationships and a great working environment.
