Modules of the Leadership Training

In our leadership training, we work on the mindset and skillset of the modern leader in four content modules. We use an effective mix of methods: Blended learning consisting of collective live-sessions and digital, self-directed learning with our troodi learning programs.

Communication

Participants get to know their own communication patterns with the help of basic communication models. They discover valuable practical tips for motivational delegation and constructive criticism and feedback conversations. Insights into targeted and authentic communication from the leadership perspective round off this module.

Leading individuals

This module gives participants the opportunity to identify their own comfort zone as a leader and potential pain points. We talk about basic psychological needs, motivation and empowerment. Using case studies, we can find the right leadership style for each employee and better shape personal relationships.

Developing my team

Together we go through the phases of team development and identify characteristics of groups and teams. This module provides specific fundamentals on team analysis and systemic thinking as well as practical measures that help develop and lead a winning team.

Leading in times of change

The fourth module deals with change dynamics and resilience and helps to identify pitfalls. The topics covered help participants to understand their team in their daily work, to counteract resistance and to prepare change processes.

Judith Haupt works as a facilitator, coach and consultant at the organizational consultancy CONTRACT in Cape Town, South Africa. Her back­ground is in Adult Educa­tion with a completed master’s degree in Curri­culum Deve­lo­p­ment. Judith strives to support leaders in crea­ting posi­tive work­place rela­ti­onships and great work envi­ron­ments. Her focus areas include senior team deve­lo­p­ment and stra­tegy deve­lo­p­ment, women in leadership, and incre­a­sing employee enga­ge­ment
